Not bad, not great. 1922 was the star of this particular book. It was a great story. The other three were good enough I suppose but nothing else really stood out. 1922 really is worth the price of admission. A very, very dark story with no one to like and no "winners". Right up my alley. Big Driver was a fairly good Woman Raped Takes Revenge story (Now with added mental illness!). Fair Extension was a "deal with the devil" type story that seemed like it would be by-the-numbers but takes an unexpected turn. Unfortunately it seems to just end abruptly, like King grew tired of writing it and just quit. A Good Marriage, on the other hand, was a by-the-numbers tale of a wife who discovers her husband was a serial killer that ended pretty much exactly as you suspect it will from the beginning.
